Jeff Harder


Jeff Harder, president

Jeff has been married for over 15 years and has 3 children with his wife Cherith.  Jeff has been in the construction industry for over 18 years.  Over the course of those years he has done wood framing, commercial concrete forming, yacht building,  high end interior and exterior finishing, renovations, and project management.  Through these different experiences Jeff has gained a diverse construction skill set.  He works very hard to stay current with the latest building codes and uses his knowledge to produce some of the best siding installations and renovations around. And he enjoys interacting with his customers.


Herb Harder


Herb Harder, Operations Manager

Herb brings over 30 years construction experience to the company.  He has been involved in all aspects of building. He has owned construction companies, built single and multi family homes as well as condominiums.  Herb has worked in the Lower Mainland, Okanagan and southwestern Alberta.

During the course of his career, Herb spent 20 years as Executive Director of year round Camp and Conference Centres facilities where one of his jobs was constantly working with staff to renovate and improve existing buildings.  First impressions, he felt, were always important - business was built on happy customers and repeat business.
